Eagle receives award for best translated publication in 2010

On Thursday 30^th September, on the occasion of the II Edition of the Translation and Interpretation award ceremony for the best translated publications in 2010, Eagle Language Service, S.L. was awarded the prize for the best publication of the year. This event was the concluding part of the celebrations for International Translation Day, which was held in the Club Financiero Genova in Madrid and was preceded by a series of presentations.

The award corresponded to the translation of the Annual Report of the Spanish Stock Market regulator (CNMV) from Spanish to English and was collected by Cristina López Menaza on behalf of the CNMV at a gala dinner. The project comprised the translation of 114,000 words and was awarded to Eagle Language Service, S.L. by way of public tender.

This annual event in Madrid was sponsored by FEGILT-CEOE, the Spanish Federation of Globalisation, Internationalisation, Localisation and Translation Companies.

 

The Ministry of the Presidency of the Government of Spain has awarded to Eagle Language Service, S.L. the open tender: Translation service for the web-site of La Moncloa (Centre of the Presidency of the Government of Spain) Period 2010-2011

Eagle was the official translation services provider during the merger process between Unión Fenosa and Gas Natural.
