Eagle receives award for best translated publication in 2010

On Thursday 30th September, on the occasion of the II Edition of the Translation and Interpretation award ceremony for the best translated publications in 2010, Eagle Language Service, S.L. was awarded the prize for the best publication of the year. This event was the concluding part of the celebrations for International Translation Day, which was held in the Club Financiero Genova in Madrid and was preceded by a series of presentations.

The award corresponded to the translation of the Annual Report of the Spanish Stock Market regulator (CNMV) from Spanish to English and was collected by Cristina López Menaza on behalf of the CNMV at a gala dinner. The project comprised the translation of 114,000 words and was awarded to Eagle Language Service, S.L. by way of public tender.

This annual event in Madrid was sponsored by FEGILT-CEOE, the Spanish Federation of Globalisation, Internationalisation, Localisation and Translation Companies.

 

The Ministry of the Presidency of the Government of Spain has awarded to Eagle Language Service, S.L. the open tender: Translation service for the web-site of La Moncloa (Centre of the Presidency of the Government of Spain) Period 2010-2011

This successful bid was made public on the 25th of November 2009 on the web-site of La Moncloa and is presently being legally formalised.

Eagle was the official translation services provider during the merger process between Unión Fenosa and Gas Natural.

Eagle Language Service, S.L. has been officially approved as a translation service provider for various institutions of the United Nations. This represents yet another step forward in the recognition of the provision of quality services by an international body.

Eagle translates the web page of the Spanish Banking Association.

Eagle Language Service, S.L. has been honoured with the position of main translation service provider for the translation of financial news, management news, proposals, etc. for the International Department of the AEB (the Spanish Banking Association), for whom we are currently translating their website.

Eagle attends GENERA 09 and SIMO 09, registering its interest and specialisation in translations regarding renewable energies and new technologies.

Thanks to our corporate invitations to GENERA 09 and SIMO 09, Eagle was able to attend both these events and establish contact with numerous companies in teh renewable energies and new technologies sectors interested in the high-quality technical translation services offered by our company.

The Typsa Group has signed a collaboration agreement with Eagle for its translation projects.

Typsa is a group of idependent consulting companies in the civil and environmental engineering and architecture sectors with offices in more than 50 countries. It is currently undertaking 83 international projects throughout 35 countries, in some of which Eagle provides translation and interpreting services.

Union Fenosa signs an exclusivity agreement with Eagle regarding translation projects

The Spanish company has signed an exclusivity agreement with Eagle regarding all their translation projects.

The list of projects already completed include the company´s Annual Report, the Sustainability Report and the Environmental Management Report.
