Quality Assurance
The key reason for the continued success of Eagle Language Service is the guarantee of quality. All our translators work into their mother tongue and have a minimum of 5 years' experience. In addition they all have proven experience in the field in which they translate. All translations are subsequently revised and proof-read by our in-house team.
Many clients have preferred vocabulary or glossaries of terms which they wish the translator to follow. We are always pleased to incorporate these into our translations and add them to our client file for future collaboration.
As a consequence of the new European Directive regarding Translation Service Providers we are currently undergoing an application process to receive both the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Certificate and the EN-15038 European Standard for Translation Services.

Eagle was the official translation services provider during the merger process between Unión Fenosa and Gas Natural.
