Eagle Language Service, S.L.

Steve Crook – Director (UK and Madrid)

Steve has a degree in Law and French from the Universities of Wales (Cardiff) and Nantes. After working as a Law lecturer in the Complutense University of Madrid and as a freelance translator, he was one of the founding partners of Eagle Language Service, S.L. in 1998. He divides his time between the UK and Madrid offices.

Anne Rees - Business Operations Manager

Anne joined Eagle in the summer of 2007 after over twenty-five years in the IT industry. Working in some of the largest IT vendors in the world, including EMC, Anne has a successful background in developing and delivering systems and processes that support the needs of the business. This expertise and experience is critical to supporting the sustained growth of Eagle. These processes will continue to support our relationship with our clients and streamline our ability to be responsive to client demands.

Judith López Rodríguez - Project Manager (Madrid Office)

English Department - Judith has a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. She is also an official English Certified Interpreter for the Spanish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. She is currently studying a "Course of Specialisation in Law for Legal Translation" at the Official Association of Lawyers of Malaga.

Adam Guillemin - Revisor of legal translations

Adam has a degree in laws with honours and a degree in management and economics through the University of Auckland (New Zealand). He is a qualified lawyer and has joined Eagle in 2008 after practising the law for 3 years in New Zealand. Presently he is taking courses in "Economic-Financial Translations" and "Legal Translations" through various Madrid-based languages centres.

Joe Cartwright – Project Manager (Malaga Office)

English Department - Joe has a degree in Applied Languages from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. After gaining experience as a project manager by working for a leading UK translation agency, he moved to Madrid and began working for Eagle Language Service, S.L. He is currently responsible for the smooth running of our office in Malaga in the south of Spain. Moreover, he is currently studying a "Course of Specialisation in Law for legal Translation" at the Official Association of Lawyers of Malaga.

Irantzu Luzuriaga Villamandos - Project Manager (Lanzarote Office)

English Department - Irantzu has a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Las Palmas in Gran Canaria. She is also an official English Certified Interpreter for the Spanish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. Irantzu has been working for two years as a project manager, interpreter and translator in a large translation agency in Glasgow, Scotland. She is now continuing her career in our Lanzarote office.

Eagle Learning Systems, S.L.

Mark Lister – Director (Madrid)

Although the early part of his career centred on the construction industry, Mark feels that he found his vocation in the world of teaching English as a foreign language. His speciality is preparing senior executives (often CEOs and Chairmen) for meetings and presentations at an international level. Mark's extensive client portfolio has also led to the incorporation of numerous translation clients.
